📦 Returns & Refunds – HeartwoodCo

We accept returns only if the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

To start a return, please email us at savchak_vasyl@ukr.net within 2 days of delivery and include:

       📸 Photos of the item

       📦 Original packaging

       🏷️ Shipping label

Once your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with detailed instructions.
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

❌ Returns are not accepted if:

– You chose the wrong size, color, or style
– You changed your mind
– The item doesn’t fit your space
– The product was damaged after delivery
– Delivery failed due to an incorrect address or absence of the recipient

🚚 Free return shipping is provided only for verified manufacturing defects.

⚠️ Important Notice:

Due to the large size and weight of our handcrafted furniture, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons unrelated to damage or defects.
Please ensure that you carefully review all product dimensions, photos, and details before placing an order.

🛠️ Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:

        the item is damaged or defective, or

        you received the wrong item.

We'll evaluate the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.

💳 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if the refund has been approved.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note: it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven’t received it, please contact us at savchak_vasyl@ukr.net.
